Privacy Policy

SemFio Networks is a Wi-Fi engineering firm based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. We have kept it short because the site collects very little.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not track you across other websites. It records the page visited, the referring site, and general information such as country, browser and device type. None of it identifies you individually, and we cannot use it to single you out.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. Your browser may store technical information needed to display the site, such as your language preference, but this is not used to track you.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form or book a consultation, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use that information only to reply to you and, if it leads to work, to run that engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

Booking a consultation

Our consultation booking is handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. When you book, the information you enter is processed by Google under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details.

How long we keep information

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the client relationship, and deleted when they are no longer relevant. Analytics data is retained by Cloudflare according to its own retention schedule and is not linked to any individual.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we collect so little, this is usually a short conversation. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or about information we may hold, can be sent to privacy@semfionetworks.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change how this site collects information, we will update this page. This policy was last updated in August 2026.
